Completed in 2024, Petikon Helmi is a modern commercial property in Vantaa offering retail, office and logistics space. Terawatt was responsible for the electrical contracting of the 5,400 m² building, with Tekova serving as the main contractor. The property is owned by the investment company Innovestor Oy.
As the building accommodates a variety of tenants and business operations, the project required expertise in electrical contracting for retail environments, commercial premises and logistics facilities.
