Avialogis is a logistics center completed in Vantaa in 2022, located along Ring III
The facility was built for Barona Warehousing Services. Terawatt acted as the EPC (KVR) electrical contractor for the project, responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of the electrical works. The warehouse hall has a gross floor area of 31,000 m², a total height of 14 meters, and a clear height of 12 meters. The logistics center is divided into four sections, and flammable materials are handled in a dedicated ATEX-certified area.
The project recently received the prestigious BREEAM International New Construction certification, achieving the second-highest Excellent rating. This places the facility among the leading examples of environmentally friendly new-build projects both internationally and in Finland. The main contractor for the project was Varte.
