In 2022, Terawatt completed the electrical contracting works for a major residential development in Vallila, Helsinki. The project comprised As Oy Helsingin Vallilan Monumentti, As Oy Helsingin Vallilan Jemma and the Koy Vallilan Puiston Parkki parking facility. The main contractor was Pohjola Rakennus Oy, a long-established family-owned construction company.
The development comprised three apartment buildings and a parking garage, with approximately 150 apartments in total. Terawatt was responsible for the electrical contracting works, including lighting installations, electrical systems for building services and modern EV charging infrastructure for the parking facility.
A total of 30 EV charging points were installed in the parking garage, meeting the growing demand for electric vehicle charging and enhancing the property’s long-term appeal.
The electrical works were completed on schedule, and collaboration with Pohjola Rakennus was excellent throughout the project. The client was highly satisfied with the quality of the work and the final result.
The impressive, high-quality residential buildings now stand alongside Vallilanpuisto Park, forming a distinctive addition to the surrounding neighbourhood.
